About Alliance Machine

Alliance Machine was formed in 2009 to serve the quick turn prototype and small lot production market. We are a family owned and operated business located in Massachusetts.

Our current customer base serves many different fields including automotive, electronics, medical, heavy equipment, drag racing, custom fixture design, and the metrology/inspection industry .

We use CNC technology to deliver accurate parts quickly to our customers including vertical CNC mills both 3 and 4 axis and CNC turning.

We use the latest CAD ( Solidworks ) and CAM ( Camworks ) to take our customer drawings and files and machine their parts directly from their models to ensure accuracy and repeat ability.

With over 23 years of experience in manufacturing and design work we look forward to working with you to solve your manufacturing and engineering needs.

Inspection

We Have a many different tools for inspection. Quality is at the top of our list at Alliance Machine, we are consistently re-investing in our inspection equipment to be able to meet customer demands. We continually upgrade our basic measuring tools to newer more accurate models to keep our inspection capabilities more reliable. the list below is some of our recent upgrades.
